Overall, I am so happy with the final chapter of this book series with these main characters. I felt for Tate, to be blindsided by his sudden departure, I totally understood her shutting him out after he left and ignoring his calls and texts, but I still couldn't believe she tried moving on so quickly.
Did I agree with this.no, not so much, but it was completely understandable (I just didn't like it). To be better for Tate and their long term happiness. He was so consumed with Tate he lost sight of himself and he felt he needed to go off and be on his own to find out who he really was and who he wanted to be. I thought they had already found their HEA so I wasn't too excited to learn it fell apart, but after listening to this book I now know that NOW, they truly have their HEA. To say I was shocked at the end of the last book when Jared left Tate would be an understatement. This is Jared and Tate's happy ending.finally.
